Happy #TransformationTuesday !! These pictures are from May 2017 to now October 2018

1.5 years of of hard work! I’m so proud! This prep I Started at 135 lbs and 20% body fat to now 122 lbs 12% body fat … what did I do differently this year as oppose to other years?

#IIFYM (If it fits your macros diet). I was more lenient with myself this time around. Before when I prepped I would be super crazy strict.. everything had to be measured precisely and I’d only eat food I cooked.. this time I let myself enjoy prep, eat out with my baby, have some halo top etc. I just stayed under 1,500 calories a day.

– Kept #cardio at just an hour in the morning.. before I was doing 35 min in the morning and 35 in the afternoon.. it was EXHAUSTING! And having to go thru like 3 or 4 outfits a day is no fun..

– I stopped eating at 6:30pm everyday.. I use to have my 6th meal at 8:30 but with my husband doing #intermittentfasting and seeing such good results, I decided to have a smaller eating window too and it did help!

– Booty work everyday. Yes, I did a little bit of booty exercises every single day. I really saw a difference in the roundness of the booty as well as the glute hamstring tie-in … even tho it still needs more work, I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far. In the last picture you can see where I REALLY started about 8 years ago on the runway 😱
