This option is to schedule 3 times a week with me in-person at my gym Sun City Athletic Club.

The personal training is set up with me depending on your schedule. I usually suggest doing 3x a week to see good results.

My personal training always switches sessions between individualizing muscle groups in legs and upper body. I include HIIT to keep your heart rate up and fat burning.

ALSO  INCLUDES:

• Monthly emails with cardio routines and diets

• One on one nutrition counseling to go over how u should eat

• Nutrition monitoring for the first week thru picture messages to make sure you’re eating correctly.

• Monthly body measurements

The training is $20 per session and you pay at the beginning of the month for the sessions to hold your spot. 3x a week is $240 a month.
